Who owns the rights to my images?

HomeVisit/CoreLogic owns the rights to all images taken by a HomeVisit/CoreLogic contracted Photographer. The purchasing agent is granted unlimited usage rights. Additionally:

I.          Self-Service Photo License.  In connection with all photographs that you upload through HomeVisit’s UShoot (or any successor name) self-service offering (“Self-Service Photos”), you hereby grant to HomeVisit an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, resize, adapt, prepare derivative works of, distribute, and display the Self-Service Photos for any lawful purpose, and to modify, add to, or strip out the metadata contained within the Self-Service Photos (collectively the “Self-Service Photo License”).  For those Self-Service Photos created by others, you further certify and confirm that you are the copyright holder of those Self-Service Photos or have permission from the copyright holder of those Self-Service Photos to grant HomeVisit the Self-Service Photo License.
