How to Submit Changes to a Proof created by HomeVisit Staff

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR PRINT FOR THE WEEKEND,
THE DEADLINE FOR APPROVAL IS ON FRIDAY BY 3:00 PM EST

SUBMIT REVISIONS TO AN EXISTING PROOF

1. Log into your HomeVisit account
2. Click MANAGE LISTINGS Fig 2.1

3. Under the Print Materials column, click on the MODIFICATIONS & APPROVALS section Fig 3.1.

4. Navigate to section 3 REVIEW & APPROVE PROOFS, click SUBMIT MODIFICATIONS TO PROOFS Fig 4.1

5. Enter notes as to your changes and click SUBMIT MODIFICATIONS Fig 5.1

Your Production Representative will be notified immediately and a revised proof will be created and posted within 24 business hours. You will be notified via email when a new proof has been uploaded.

Troubleshooting

Submitting modifications not going through

If you are having issues following the steps above, you can email your modifications to production@homevisit.com. Submitting through our website is the preferred method as it will update the status in our system and notify our production team. Sending via email can delay the process and possibly cause you to miss any print or delivery deadline.
