Our on time record is very good. However, traffic is the number one issue out of our control that can cause a photographer to be late. Our scheduling system and our staff take into consideration the time of day, location and driving path to try to ensure on time arrival. If your photographer feels that there is a chance they may be late, they are instructed to call you as a courtesy.
