You can easily add or change your notifications email address.
- Log in to your HomeVisit account by clicking LOGIN Fig 1.1 at the top of the website.
FIG 1.1 - Click on EDIT AGENT PROFILE Fig 2.1 in the upper left corner of the vertical menu.
FIG 2.1 - Scroll down to the PRIMARY CONTACT INFORMATION section Fig 3.1.
- Primary E-Mail: This e-mail address is used for order confirmations, notifications regarding listings, and announcements.
- Secondary E-Mail: Copies of all e-mail to primary address are CC'd to this address.
FIG 3.1 - Scroll to the bottom and and click SAVE CHANGES.
Troubleshooting
Notification email not updating on tour
If you've followed the steps above and the notification email has not updated, make sure you are selecting SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the page after you make the change. Still not there? Contact our office or send us a message.
