A. Every person who visits the HomeVisit Property Website once, is a "Unique Visitor" and a "Return Visitor" is a visitor who visited the site and came back again

A. A "Page View" is an instance of any page being loaded (or reloaded) in a browser. In the instance of the HomeVisit Property Website, opening the Website counts as a page view as well each photo you view in the slideshow. "Total Visits" just represents the number of times the HomeVisit Property Website was visited in general and doesn't include "Page Views" in the count.
