What is the difference between HomeVisit's Standard Virtual Tour and the Property Website?
HomeVisit’s Standard Virtual Tour provides a familiar interface where all of your listing’s content is viewable in a contained, non-scrolling window. The Property Website presents that same content, asset after asset, in an engaging scrolling web page.
What does "responsiveness" mean in terms of my Property Website?
In short, responsive web pages "respond" to their environment. This means that your Property Website will look great at any size; mobile, tablet, laptop or desktop.
How much does a Property Website cost to add on to a photoshoot?
The Property Websites are a $25 add on to any photography session.
Can I link the Property Website to MLS?
Yes. HomeVisit provides both branded and unbranded versions of Property Websites so that they can be linked to the MLS.
Will my Property Website link to other affiliate websites like RedFin, Trulia, Zillow, etc.?
Yes. These websites pull directly from the MLS. As long as your Property Website is active and linked to MLS, it will be pulled to these other affiliate websites.
If I have my own images, can I still utilize the Property Website?
Yes. For a $85 charge, you can upload your own images and configure the Property Website.
Can I link a custom domain name to a Property Website?
Yes. You can purchase a custom domain name through HomeVisit, or, if you have an existing custom domain, you can insert the Property Website link.
Can I customize the look of my Property Website?
No. At this time, customization is unavailable.
Can I link the Property Website to my social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)?
Yes. You can simply copy the link to the Property Website and share it on any social media platform.
Will my Property Website link to Realtor.com?
Currently, Realtor.com allows agents to link tours to their website one of the following ways:
1. Pay a one time fee per property through HomeVisit, to upload a tour to Realtor.com.

Do I have to include Accent Photos on my Property Website?
No. While we encourage agents to utilize the accent photo space, it is not a requirement. Without accent photos, the property website will display additional blank space.
Can I choose Vertical Images for my Accent Photos?
No. You cannot select vertical images for accent photos as they do not follow our formatting guidelines. If you choose a vertical image as an accent photo, only a tiny portion of the image will be visible.
What is the character limit for the Room Name?

How do I link the Property Website to MLS?

If I add a Property Website to an existing listing that is already active in MLS, will the tour update to the new Property Website automatically?
No. You will need to login to your HomeVisit account and select our "refresh tour link" option to ensure the correct information is being sent to MLS.
How do I display an upcoming open house on the tour?
This information is pulled directly from MLS. When you create an open house in MLS it will display on the tour.
How do I update the Bedrooms, Baths and Year Built in the colored boxes?
The number of Bedrooms, Baths and Year Built information is pulled directly from the MLS. If a tour is not linked to the MLS yet, these numbers will show as 0s. If you want to manually input these numbers before the tour is ACTIVE, click on "Edit Property Details" from the Manage Listings page.

Why are some of my listings missing from the Agent Listings section?
Our Virtual Tours only pull additional agent listings from listings within HomeVisit. If you have active listings in MLS, but did not use HomeVisit services, it will not appear under additional agent listings.
Can I turn off the Agent Listings carousel?
Yes. You do have the option to remove the additional agent listings. The option to turn it off is under "Edit Agent Profile". Click HERE for a quick tutorial.
Can I remove the maps from Property Website?

How do I fix the Google Street View to point at the correct location?
Currently this option is not available. It is a feature request we will be launching in the near future.
How do I change my Agent Photo?
