+GETTING THE MOST OUT OF YOUR VIRTUAL TOUR!
The HomeVisit Virtual Tour is THE most widely viewed piece of media that Real Estate Agents utilize to represent a listing. It can host your still photography, 3D models, videos, agent information, brochures, and much more. However, just because you've configured your virtual tour doesn't mean you've completed all the steps. There are a couple key actions, or rather, virtual tour essentials that you need to be aware of that will make sure your listing is a success!
The first step, is making sure your HomeVisit virtual tour is linked to MRIS. Once you've configured your virtual tour, saved and previewed it, you can link the tour to MRIS. If you're not familiar with linking the tour, click here for a quick tutorial.
Second, logging into your Keystone account and changing the tour order is essential. Now that your virtual tour is linked to MRIS, you'll need to login to your Keystone account to ensure that the HomeVisit virtual tour is set to the default position. Here's a step by step on how to change the tour order:
First, login to your Keystone account and select the "Tours" icon for the corresponding listing.
Second, select the HomeVisit Tour and click the up arrow to move it into the number 1 position. Then click Save changes.
Once you've completed that step, your virtual tour will now be pulled to all external websites like Redfin, Trulia, Zillow, etc. This will give your listing the utmost visibility and ensure clients are seeing everything your property has to offer!
