Access ePrint from Manage Listings by clicking on the red HOMEVISIT ePrint button.

Add/Change Listing Agent
Add or Change agents by clicking the link provided and use the search tool to choose the agent needed. Click Continue to Setup Print to continue.
ProTip: You also have the opportunity to adjust the listing agent after choosing your template.
Choosing a Design:
View all of your options before committing to a design.
Choose your Print Piece
The Print Piece you choose is the type of printed marketing material you would like to design and purchase. Print Pieces available for your listing will be categorized by number of pages on the Print Piece Selector screen upon entry into ePrint from Manage Listings. Click Set Up Print Piece to view available templates for each category.
ProTip: There can be numerous templates for each Print Piece. Feel free to look around before getting started!
Choosing a Template
The Template you choose is the specific format of the Print Piece you’ve chosen. Template options include Horizontal and Vertical options for the chosen Print Piece. Depending on your broker, you may also see different branding styles and color schemes available.
ProTip: Your customization capabilities don’t stop here! Inside each template are numerous Page Layout options allowing for many unique combinations.
The ePrint Editor
The ePrint editor is where you interact directly with your print marketing design. To help you get familiarized with the editor, here are its basic parts:
- Menu Bar - This is the menu bar on the very top of the editor. From here, you’ll be able to Navigate through your pages, Save your work, Render a PDF Proof, Access How-To Videos, and Continue with placing an order.
- Toolbar - The toolbar is where you can adjust your view of the canvas with various Zoom tools.
- Left Side Panel - This panel shows a traffic light representation of your progress through each page of your design. Inside of this panel is also where you will find the Crop Photo Tool, the Floor Plan Fit Tool, fields to adjust Fixed/Formatted Text, and the Change Page Layout button.
- Canvas - This is the main workspace of the ePrint Editor. Your live PDF will show in this space, page by page.
- Live Chat - Clicking this button connects you to our team of representatives ready to help you (during business hours).
Adding/Cropping Photos with ePrint
ePrint gives you the control to place, crop, and change your photos with a simple click of the mouse!
Adding photos in ePrint is as easy as can be! Simply click directly on the photo frame you’d like to place a photo into. The contact sheet of photos associated with the property will pop up for you to choose from. Click on the image you’d like to use and the photo will automatically fill the frame proportionally (long edges will be cropped).
ProTip: Photos can also be added/changed by clicking on the camera icons along the left side panel. You can filter the view of your contact sheet down to just your Print Favs or Tour Favs.
Photos can be cropped by clicking on the Crop Photo Tool that appears under your photo selection on the Left Side Panel. The blue crop box will maintain the aspect ratio of the photo frame so that no photos are stretched or skewed.
Adding Floor Plans
Adding floor plans in ePrint is as easy as can be! Simply click directly on the photo frame you’d like to place a floor plan into. The contact sheet of photos associated with the property will pop up for you to choose from. Click on the image you’d like to use and the floor plan will automatically fill the frame proportionally (long edges will be cropped). Use the Floor Plan Fit tool to fit the whole image in the frame.
ProTip: Floor Plans can also be adjusted using the Crop Photo tool found on the left side panel.
Changing Page Layouts with ePrint
HomeVisit has built numerous text and photo layout options to offer variety and customization.
Change Page Layout
Click on the Change Page Layout button at the bottom of the Left Side Panel to access all layout options for your page.
ProTip: Already added text and photos? No problem! Change Page Layouts to watch your selections reorganize on the page.
Adding/Editing Text with ePrint
There are 2 types of text fields throughout your ePrint template. Fixed/Formatted Text fields and Rich-Text Editable fields.
Editing Fixed/Formatted Text fields
These fields display content pulled directly from the HomeVisit system, such as: Property Address, City, State and Agent Name, Agent Email, Agent Phone. Enter or edit text directly in these fields on the Left Side Panel. Tab or click outside the field to instantly update the text on the document page.
ProTip: The content of these fields is customizable but the size and formatting of this text is fixed and uneditable.
Adding Text to Rich-Text Editable fields
Text blocks on your document that say “Click Here To Enter…” are Rich-Text Editable fields. Text can be added to these fields by clicking directly on the Text Block in the document. You can paste or type directly into the Rich-Text Editor pop-up.
ProTip: Text can also be added/changed by clicking on the paper icons along the Left Side Panel.
Navigating the Rich-Text Editor pop-up
The Rich-Text Editor pop-up has the following features. Your text will not copy-fit to the space provided, use the Font Size and Spacing tools to adjust as needed.
ProTip: Your text formatting changes will be displayed in the document after clicking the Save button.
Download a PDF Proof with ePrint
ePrint has made it easier than ever to share a PDF proof with your client, assistant, or broker!
Click on the PDF Proof button from the Menu bar to access a scrolling, downloadable PDF of your whole design. Click the download icon in the upper right corner in the pop-up window of the PDF to download your PDF directly to your PC and attach to an email to share your work.
ProTip: View a PDF proof at any time while designing to have an overview of your whole print piece.
Save & Continue to Order with ePrint
Once you have completed your design you MUST place an order before proceeding to Request Edits from HV or Approve to Print.
Save & Continue to Order
Click the Save & Continue to Order button in the top right corner of your screen and choose the option to Order Print. Select the item and fill in the quantity you would like to have printed. Add UV Coating if applicable. Follow the prompts to check out. Once your order has been placed, you will have the opportunity to Request Edits from HV OR Approve This Proof.

Request Edits from HV OR Approve This Proof with ePrint
Get some help from our staff to complete your ePrint design OR Approve your ePrint design to print and ship to your desired location.
Request Edits from HV
Once your order has been placed, you will have the opportunity to Request Edits from HV. If you are short on time, you can request for our team to format your text or make any adjustments needed (additional fees apply). Your design will be locked from further edits once you have Requested Edits from HV. You will receive an automated email once your new proof has been posted and your design will be opened for your further editing.
ProTip: Be as descriptive as possible when Requesting Edits from HV to ensure the most accurate proof will be returned to you.
Approve This Proof
Once your design is complete and ready to print as-is you have the option to Approve This Proof. Follow the prompts to fill in your shipping information and check out. Your design will be locked from further edits once it is approved to print.
