Getting Started
** It is recommended to use Google Chrome as your web browser and Google Docs as your word processor **
- Log In to your Home Visit account
- Go to the Manage Listings page from the left menu. Fig 2.0

- You’ll see previous print pieces created marked with date and time and identity of the last editor. Fig. 3.0
- Click blue Continue Editing This Piece button to enter the print Editor OR Click red Delete This Piece button to remove the print piece and start over and see "How to Configure Print Using ePrint"

Inside of the Editor
- Navigation
- There are 2 Blue Arrows for moving to the next page or to the previous page
- There is also a drop-down menu to jump to a specific page number
- Zoom
- Use the slider to zoom in and out
- Select the magnifying glasses +/- to zoom in and out
- Select the page fitting icons to adjust the fitting of the page inside of the editor window
- Save
- Save your work
- Note: Your work is automatically saved on page-change
- PDF Proof
- Generate a PDF Proof at any time while creating your print material
- This PDF can be downloaded and emailed

- Adding Photos
- Photos can be added by clicking directly on the photo frame in the document or by clicking on the camera icons along the left side panel Fig. 8.1
- Select the photo from the contact sheet. Photos will automatically fill the photo frame they are dropped into.
- The contact sheet can be filtered down to Tour Favorites or Print Favorites by clicking on the drop down menu in the top left corner. Fig. 8.3
- If a primary tour photo has been selected for a property, this photo will automatically populate the main photo frame on Page 1 of any print piece.
- Note: *Photos can be changed by clicking directly on the photo frame in the document or by clicking on the camera icons along the left side panel and selecting a different photo from the contact sheet.*

- Cropping Photos
- Photos can be cropped by clicking on the crop tool that appears under your photo selection in the left side panel. Fig. 9.1
- The blue crop box will maintain the aspect ratio of the photo frame that the selected photo will fill. Fig. 9.1

- Adding Text
- Text Icons With Content Fields Below
- These fields display content pulled directly from the HomeVisit system, such as: Property Address, City, State and Agent Name, Agent Email, Agent Phone. Fig. 10.1

- Tab or click outside the field to instantly display your edit on the document page. Fig. 10.1
- Note: The size and formatting of this text is fixed and uneditable

- Text Icons Without Content Fields
- Text Icons look like a piece of paper with either red or green center, depending on whether there is text entered. Fig. 10.2.0
- Icons that do not show data below them are text fields that popup a rich text editor overlay for items like Property Features or Property Facts. Fig. 10.2.0
- Text can be added to these fields by clicking directly on the text frame in the document or by clicking on the paper icons along the left side panel and pasting or typing directly into the text editor pop-up window. Fig. 10.2.0
- If you experience issues with pasting your text from Microsoft Word:
- Copy your text, Right click close to the blinking cursor and select "Paste and Match Style"

- To Add Bullets:
- Paste or type in your list and hit enter after each item
- Highlight your list and click the Bullet point icon in the text editor. Fig. 10.4.1

Once you are finished designing your piece click Save & Continue Fig. 11.0

- Submit to HV for Review
- Click here to send a note to HomeVisit about further changes that are needed Fig. 11.1.3
- Home Visit will make the changes and send back a PDF for final approval
- If you have completed your piece and need no additional changes
- Please include a note that the piece is Approved to Print with a confirmed shipping address. Fig. 11.1.3
- If this is a piece that has not yet been ordered, you must include how many you would like printed. Fig. 11.1.3
- Quit & Save for Later
- Click here to save your work and come back to it later to continue and complete. Fig. 11.1.1
- Return to Editor
- Go back to the editor to make more changes Fig. 11.1.1
