Q: What is ePrint?
A: ePrint is an interactive platform that allows you to configure your print material live on your screen. You can click to place photos, paste or type in your property details, and approve to print all on your own time without waiting for a proof from HomeVisit!
Q: I don’t see the layout I want after I select my print piece.
A: The Print Piece Selector screen just shows the general template (horizontal, vertical, luxury, standard.) Layouts can be changed once you are inside the document editor.

Q: How can I add a second agent?
A: Additional listing agents must be added to the listing prior to starting a print piece. If a piece has been started prior to adding additional agents, the piece will need to be started over or an edit fee will apply.

Q: Can I add more photos/a logo/more text blocks?
A: All approved layout options are fixed and will be within the “Change Page Layout” options.
Q: How do I change layouts?
A: If there are alternate layouts available, there is a blue “Change Page Layout” button in the bottom left corner of the screen.

Q: How do I zoom in on my photos?
A: Photos can be cropped by clicking on the Crop Photo Tool that appears under your photo selection on the Left Side Panel. The blue crop box will maintain the aspect ratio of the photo frame so that no photos are stretched or skewed.

Q: When I try to make Sub-Bullets, my text disappears.
A: A workaround you can try is to add a Soft Return (shift+enter) after your main bullet to move your Sub-Bullet text to the next line. You can then add several spaces and a Hyphen (-) to create your Sub-Bullet. Otherwise, leave your bullet section as is with all bullets at the same level and Request an Edit with a note that specifies which bullets need to be made Sub-Bullets. Additional fees may apply.
Q: What do all of the Text Editor buttons do?
A: The Rich-Text Editor pop-up has the following features. Your text will not copy-fit to the space provided, use the Font Size and Spacing tools to adjust as needed.

Q: Why is my floor plan getting cut off?
A: During the testing phase, All photos are set to fill the space and remain the proper aspect ratio. We have added a checkbox labeled "Floor Plan Fit" - Check this box to refit your floor plan properly.

Q: My cropped photo is not on my contact sheet.
A: Cropping photos in ePrint only applies to that particular print piece. If you need a photo cropped, notify Customer Service or Production and they will copy the crop used on the print piece.
Q: How can I make a multi-property mailer?
A: In ePrint Version 1.0, you will need to download all of the home front photos you would like to feature and upload them to 1 listing's contact sheet to be able to access them for your mailer. Contact service@homevisit.com to have a record created in our system for your multi-property mailer.
Q: How do I show this to my seller/download PDF before ordering and approving?
A: Click the PDF Proof button within the session to generate a PDF and click the download button once it is loaded.

Q: Can I save what I have and come back later?
A: Yes! You can always save your progress and pick it back up later. Click Save & Continue to Order, Click Quit and Save for Later.
Q: How do I access a print piece I have already started?
A: Click HOMEVISIT ePRINT from Manage Listings, Click Continue Design

Q: How do I request edits from HomeVisit?
A: From inside ePrint: Click Save & Continue. Place your order if needed. Select Request Edits from HV and follow the prompts to accept the additional fee and submit a detailed request.

Q: Can my own personal template be added to ePrint?
A: Send an email to Production@HomeVisit.com including your name, broker information, and an example of your personal print template and a member of our team will contact you. Additional fees may apply.
