Place a Mail Service Request with ePrint
The following page will walk you through how to submit a Direct Mail service request within the E-Print system after you have created your print piece.
Once you have completed your design and clicked Save & Continue button at the top of the editor you will be brought to the Print Option Screen.
To begin placing your direct mail request you will want to choose the first option:
Order HomeVisit Mail Service
Order HomeVisit Mail Service
You will then be brought to the HomeVisit Mail Service Request form.
Using the text textbox provided you can submit the mailing parameters that you would like our Mail Service department to use when processing your request. For guidance on what type of mailing parameters we can use please see our support article on mailing parameters:
Please note that your mailing parameters should also include which mail class you would like us to use as well. Please see our article on the difference between First Class and Standard Postage to help you decide on which option is best for your current request.
If you are not ready to finalize your mailing parameters and would like us to provide a quote or a preliminary count you can also use this time to make that request. The mail service department will then email you an estimate within 24 hours. Please see our support article on Estimates for further assistance.
If this box is left blank please note that you will then have to reach out to our mail service dept directly at mailservice@homevisit.com with your mailing parameters. You can also email any personal lists you would like to use as well to that same email.
Once you are ready you will want to click on the Create New Direct Mail Request button.
Please note that submitting a direct mail request is not the same as approving your print and that the Mail Service department can not begin processing your request until the print is officially approved. Please see the article below for steps on how to approve your mail service request within E-print.
