Publish Photos to Bright MLS

HomeVisit has partnered with Bright MLS to now offer the ability to publish photos directly to Bright MLS from within the HomeVisit legacy portal. This will save significant time as your agents and staff will no longer have to download photos from HomeVisit, unzip files and upload them to Bright in a separate workflow. This guide will walk you through the now seamless and easy process. 

STEP 1: On your HomeVisit photo contact sheet, under the Download Images menu, you will now see a new option labeled NEW! Upload Photos to Bright MLS

STEP 2: Actioning this link will send the full inventory of photos to Bright MLS. Please note that if you have taken steps to Configure Your Property Website, this integration will send only the photos you have selected to include in your Property Website, in the sequence you have specified, along with any captions you may have saved (vs. sending the full inventory of images).

STEP 3: If you are not already logged into your Bright MLS account, you will first be redirected to enter your credentials. 

Once authenticated into Bright, you will land at the Manage Listings section of your Bright MLS account. You will see a summary of the photos you are sending under the header Bright MLS Media Import, with any existing listings below.

STEP 4: You have the option to either import these photos to any existing listing or create a new listing and import these photos there. To select an existing listing, simply click on the corresponding default image (Click to import media). To create a new listing, click the text link in the Bright MLS Media Import header.

STEP 5: Once you make your selection, you will be asked to ACCEPT the Bright terms of service, agreeing that you own the copyright for each image. Click ACCEPT and your media import will begin.

STEP 6: The images you are importing to HomeVisit will be added to the listing. If your listing already has images, the newly imported images will be added after the existing. From here you may manage your listing details as you are accustomed within Bright.
